This video is the first iteration of an ongoing body of work that seeks to utilize the rendered embodiment reflected in recorded video as a method of reaching beyond the living body. Exploring an intense grief, this performance both follows a practice that attempts to step beyond the material to interact with the spirit, and places itself in a realm passed by, existing beyond the screen.
